We're hiring a Tech Lead with a founder’s mindset to take full ownership over the architecture and development of our SaaS integration platform. This is your chance to join early, shape the future of our product, and build the engineering culture from scratch.

You'll be leading the technical direction, designing scalable solutions using Python and React, and making critical decisions that directly impact the success of the company. You'll also be responsible for setting up engineering processes, implementing best practices, and eventually building and mentoring a high-caliber engineering team around you.

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience in building complex, high-impact software systems

• Strong hands-on Full Stack development skills. especially with Python, React, and RESTful APIs

• Experience with distributed systems and third-party integrations

• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts

• A mindset of ownership, collaboration, and mentoring others
