Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pharmaceutical R&D Researcher at Mapi Pharma in Nes Ziona. The Pharmaceutical R&D Researcher will lead and support all phases of pharmaceutical project management, including:

• Developing long-acting injectable formulations through hands-on lab work
• Collaborating closely with the analytical team
• Overseeing pre-clinical studies and experiments
• Assisting with production troubleshooting and process optimization
• Staying current with scientific literature and industry advancements
• Analyzing experimental data and summarizing findings into actionable conclusions

Qualifications

• PhD in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field is required
• Strong laboratory skills, including experience with analytical instruments and techniques used in drug development
• A creative and problem-solving mind-set
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
