Quality Assurance Lead

Sheba Medical Center is seeking an experienced and passionate QA Team Lead to lead quality assurance efforts in the realms of Data and Business Intelligence (BI). What You’ll Do

·Lead and mentor a QA team focused on Data & BI.

·Design and implement comprehensive QA strategies for data platforms (ETL, Data Lakes, BI reports).

·Develop and execute detailed test plans and scenarios (manual and automated).

·Ensure data quality – accuracy, completeness, consistency, and integrity.

·Collaborate with developers and data engineers to resolve defects and optimize quality.

·Drive automation initiatives and implement QA best practices.

·Maintain regulatory compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, FHIR) across data processes.

·Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous delivery cycles.

·Stay current with new technologies and testing methodologies.

What You Bring

·5+ years of QA experience, with a strong focus on Data & BI environments.

·2+ years of proven experience managing QA teams.

·Deep knowledge of Data Warehousing, ETL processes, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).

·Strong SQL skills and experience working with databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL).

·Familiarity with testing tools (Selenium, Cucumber, Postman).

·Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) – an advantage.

·Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

·High-level English (reading, writing, speaking).
