Role : CNC Milling Operator

About the Role

Candidates will relocate from India to Israel – full relocation and onboarding support provided.

• Employment contract up to 5 years, with an option for extension based on performance.
• Work includes shift rotation, including night shifts.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and operate large CNC milling machines, including bridge-type (gantry) and horizontal milling centers, to produce precision metal components.
• Read and interpret complex engineering drawings and manufacturing documentation.
• Select and install appropriate tooling, fixtures, and workholding for large parts.
• Perform accurate setups including alignment, zero-point definition, and tool length offsets.
• Operate machines with Fanuc control systems; make program adjustments as needed.
• Inspect parts during and after machining using callipers, micrometres, height gauges, and other precision tools.
• Ensure all work meets geometric tolerancing (GD&T) and surface finish specifications.
• Work with a variety of materials including steel, stainless steel, aluminium, and titanium.

Years of Relevant Work Experience Required: 3-5 Years

Preferred Experience:

• Hands-on experience with 4-axis and 5-axis CNC milling machines.
• Experience machining large, heavy parts with high precision.
• Familiarity with overhead cranes and safe handling of large workpieces.
• Basic CNC program editing capabilities at the control.
Mandatory Requirements:

• Proven background in operating CNC milling machines in a production environment.
• Understanding of technical drawings, machining tolerances, and GD&T principles.
• Good+ level of technical English – reading, writing, and verbal communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
