We’ve built something bold, and now we’re looking for a CTO & Head of AI to take it to the next level. This is not a concept—it’s working code, live product, and a bold new model.

comUniverse is positioned to disrupt both the marketplace and social media industries with a platform that unlocks collective purchasing power, recurring revenue for community leaders, and direct access for suppliers—all in one place and AI based!

We’re now preparing for our initial capital raise, and are looking for a visionary, execution-focused technical leader to join us at this pivotal stage—someone ready to scale what we’ve built and help us bring this revolution to the world.

What you'll do:

🏗️ Lead Technology

Define and own the full technology vision. Scale our production-ready platform — built on React, React Native, Node.js, AWS, Docker, and MongoDB — to handle millions of users across communities, content, commerce, and social layers.

🤖 Drive AI Integration

Lead the development of cutting-edge AI features: community-based recommendation engines, real-time content moderation, and personalized user journeys. AI is central to the next evolution of our platform — and you’ll own it.

🎥 Video, Streaming & Broadcast Infrastructure

Architect and optimize a high-performance video system, including live streaming, broadcasting layers, video compression, delivery pipelines, and playback reliability across devices.

🛒 Commerce Systems

Build and optimize robust e-commerce mechanics — including payments, carts, community-based pricing engines, promotion logic, and scalable service/product flows.

👥 Team Leadership

Lead and expand our agile team of 8 developers (covering web, mobile, QA, DevOps). Inspire a culture of ownership, speed, and craftsmanship.

🚀 Shape Product Strategy

Work closely with the founder to convert comUniverse’s mission into execution: from feature design to infrastructure to AI-led experiences in video, commerce, and community.

About You (All is mandatory):

✔️ 12+ years of senior tech leadership

You’ve scaled teams, architected systems, and shipped real products. You’ve been in startups and raised capital — this isn’t your first rodeo.

✔️ Expertise in AI/ML and architecture

You’ve built, not just talked about, real-world AI systems. You understand model integration, training cycles, and personalization at scale.

✔️ Visionary and grounded

You see where tech is going — and can lead a team through ambiguity to get there. You’re humble, focused, and know how to move fast without breaking what matters.

✔️ Hands-on and startup-tough

You don’t delegate everything. You dive in when needed. You know how to build under pressure and keep a team together through intensity.

✔️ Israel-based (Remote for now)
