Search Engine Optimization Specialist

We're Hiring: SEO Manager | Full-Time Onsite | Hod HaSharon

Zygo, a fast-growing startup revolutionizing ticketing in the culture, entertainment, and nightlife space across Israel and globally, is looking for a passionate and skilled SEO Manager to lead our search strategy within a dynamic, creative, and energetic marketing team.

• Take full ownership of organic and paid SEO strategy and execution
• Plan and create SEO-driven content and articles for Zygo's websites and external platforms
• Conduct keyword research and develop a content roadmap aligned with SEO goals
• Manage backlink projects, including link acquisition, article placement, and profile building
• Perform technical audits and provide actionable recommendations to improve rankings
• Monitor SEO performance and lead continuous optimization based on data insights
• Manage SEO budgets and ensure ROI-driven execution



• Proficiency in SEO tools including:
• Google Search Console
• GA4 (Google Analytics)
• Ahrefs / SEMrush / Screaming Frog
• Proven success in improving organic rankings and increasing high-quality traffic
• Strong technical SEO understanding: indexing, site speed, canonical tags, etc.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and website hierarchy structures
• Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress
• Native-level Hebrew and high-level English (especially reading/writing)
• Analytical mindset, precision, leadership, and independence
• Advantage: previous experience in tech startups or similar industries
