Quality Control Team leader

Job Summary:

Pronat Industries Ltd. is seeking a skilled, experienced, and hands-on QC Team Leader to manage quality control teams across medical, industrial, and defense production lines as well as incoming inspection. The role includes direct management of approximately 10 inspectors, ensuring compliance with quality, customer, and regulatory requirements, while driving continuous improvement in QC practices.

• Full responsibility for daily planning and supervision of QC inspectors, including scheduling, task prioritization, and workload management.
• Mentoring, coaching, and training of team members to maintain a high professional standard and strong sense of responsibility.

• Plan and supervise in-process and final inspections across relevant production lines.
• Lead a shift from passive inspection to proactive, in-line quality control as an integrated part of production.

• Oversee initial response to non-conformances including containment, documentation, and reporting.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.

• Support execution of validations (IQ/OQ/PQ), including documentation of quality test results.
• Provide quality feedback during engineering runs and process reviews.

• Organize and lead MRB (Material Review Board) meetings, follow up on decisions, and ensure complete and accurate documentation.

• Drive improvements in inspection techniques, measurement tools, and documentation processes.
• Promote standardization and digitalization of QC work.
• Collaborate with QA, Engineering, and Production teams to enhance product quality and reduce defects.

• Extensive experience in a leadership or senior QC role, preferably in medical, defense, or industrial manufacturing environments.
• Practical knowledge of inspection methods, measurement tools, and documentation practices.
• Familiarity with relevant standards: ISO 13485, AS9100, ISO 9001.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Hebrew and English (reading, writing, speaking); Russian is an advantage.
