AI-Driven Sales Intelligence Startup – Senior Data Engineer

A stealth-mode startup in the Sales Intelligence domain, active for the past two years, is building an AI-powered platform uniquely designed to deliver high-resolution intelligence that enables teams to turn complex data into actionable insights.

The company is headquartered in Tel Aviv near a train station, with 30 employees, including 7 in R&D. Backed by over $10M in Seed funding, the company has solid runway and dozens of paying customers.

This is a first Data Engineering hire, offering a unique opportunity to shape the data infrastructure from the ground up. The role involves building robust data pipelines and processing frameworks to support a growing AI-driven product.

Tech stack includes:

• Python for development
• Apache Spark for large-scale data processing
• AWS cloud services
• CI/CD pipelines

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer
• Proven experience developing in Python
• Hands-on experience with Apache Spark
• Experience building data solutions in a Cloud environment (AWS preferred)
