Hardware System Engineer

A startup company that enables tracking of football players and provides insights into their in-game performance. The goal is to help players and coaches monitor and improve performance without relying on expensive equipment.

All collected data is analyzed using artificial intelligence and machine learning and benchmarked against the company’s global performance database.

The company offers multiple products, targeting both professional teams and individual athletes.

Based in Tel Aviv, near a train and light rail station, with a hybrid work model that includes two work-from-home days per week.

Requirements-

• 10 yrs building consumer electronics / embedded systems at volume
• 2 yrs hands-on on the factory floor, leading production & test lines
• 2 years of experience in parts selection, electronic design, schematic capture, PCB layout, testing, and debugging
• Proven record of robustness improvements
• Deep BLE / motion-sensor / RTOS (FreeRTOS) know-how
• Track-record of “closing the loop” between engineering, ops, and support
