A leading organization in the field of advanced medical services is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Implementation Specialist to join its Information Systems Department. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team at the forefront of HR technology, supporting a large-scale HRIS infrastructure in a complex organizational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the system administrator and implementer of the SAP SuccessFactors suite and SAP HR modules.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and configure the system accordingly.
- Write functional and technical specifications for system enhancements and integrations.
- Manage incidents and apply effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Support ongoing maintenance, upgrades, and user support across the organization.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of hands-on implementation experience with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HR modules – mandatory.
- SAP SuccessFactors certifications – an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with HR and IT stakeholders.
