Role Overview:

We’re looking for a resourceful and strategic Growth Marketing Manager to lead our top-of-funnel and product-led acquisition efforts. You’ll own growth campaigns across social, paid, GPT-SEO, and PLG initiatives to attract design partners and early customers. If you know how to drive traction in a zero-to-one environment, this is your playground.

What you'll own:

• Paid & Social Growth: Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Google, and Twitter/X with clear CAC, CPL, and ROAS targets
• Product-Led Growth: Design and test PLG loops that drive activation, expansion, and retention directly from our embedded agent and app
• GPT-Optimized SEO (GEO): Create and optimize AI-discoverable content for GPT-powered search engines, OpenAI integrations, and other LLM-based surfaces
• Landing & Lifecycle: Build funnels and landing experiences that convert product interest into usage; manage nurture sequences and retargeting
• Experimentation: Run growth sprints and experiments to test copy, targeting, offers, and messaging across channels
• Analytics & Attribution: Track performance across paid, organic, and product-led channels; continuously iterate based on data and insights

What you bring:

• 3–6 years of B2B SaaS growth experience, ideally in early-stage or PLG-focused startups
• Proven success scaling paid and social campaigns from scratch
• Strong familiarity with GPT/LLM content surfacing and AI-driven SEO strategies
• A testing mindset—you’re comfortable launching fast and iterating often
• Ability to collaborate across product, design, and content teams
• Data fluency (GA4, Mixpanel, HubSpot, Looker, or similar)

Nice to have:

• Experience with embedded AI tools, agentic UI, or developer-facing SaaS
• Familiarity with tools like Webflow, Segment, Figma, and AI content platforms
• Previous work on zero-to-one GTM campaigns targeting product or growth teams
