This role is part of the industrial engineering department and is focused on optimizing operational efficiency within the electronics manufacturing environment.

Focuses on improving operational efficiency and driving continuous improvement across manufacturing processes. Key responsibilities include defining product routings, measuring labor time, implementing new methods, managing stock counting activities, and encouraging employee-driven initiatives.

Collaboration is essential, with close daily interaction across all operational teams, including Production Managers, Team Leaders, Planners, Main Warehouse personnel, Quality Assurance, R&D Engineers, and Test Engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform labor time measurements and analyze results to identify optimization opportunities.
• Define and implement new production methodologies to continuous process improvements.
• Actively participate in pilot runs and prototype stages of new product introductions to ensure efficient production readiness.
• Define and configure operational parameters in the production system, including product routing and workflow structures.
• Balance production lines to ensure optimal workflow and resource allocation.
• Lead and support of production control software.
• Map value streams to identify and eliminate waste and non-value-added activities.
• Promote and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead inventory cycle counts.

Qualifications:

• Certified Industrial Practical Engineer with relevant hands-on experience (specialization in production is an advantage).
• Familiarity with LEAN manufacturing principles – strong advantage.
• Experience in the electronics industry and/or in a global manufacturing environment – preferred.
• Proficiency with production control systems – advantage.
• Strong understanding of systemic process flows and operational procedures.
• Proficient in Hebrew and English (reading and writing required).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Capable of working independently with strong multitasking abilities.
• Self-motivated, innovative, and able to approach challenges creatively with a system-wide perspective.
