We’re already working with over 100 retailers across the US and beyond, growing fast, and scaling a product that’s used daily by tens of thousands. Behind the scenes? We’re still a small, close-knit team with big impact, full ownership, and zero bureaucracy.

Now we’re looking for our first-ever dedicated Automation Engineer, and it’s not just another role.

This is a chance to build automation from the ground up: define the right foundations, own the frameworks, and shape the way we ship high-quality software at scale. You’ll go deep into our product, find the bottlenecks, connect the dots, and make things smoother, faster, and more reliable - for everyone.

What you’ll do:

• You’ll own our test automation from the ground up—strategy, tooling, framework, and all.
• You’ll work closely with engineering, product, and design to build test plans that reflect how real users interact with our system - across services, integrations, and edge cases.
• You’ll define best practices, bring in the right tools, and create a test culture that balances speed with confidence.
• Work closely with developers and product to make sure features are designed with testing in mind, so quality isn’t an afterthought.
• You’ll help us move faster by catching issues earlier; with metrics, dashboards, and fully automated pipelines.
• You’ll define what “release-ready” really means, and make sure we live up to it.

What you bring:

• 5+ years of QA automation experience with strong experience with automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, TestNG, JUnit)
• Experience in Java, Python & JavaScript.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
• Experience with cloud technologies
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Strong understanding of distributed systems architecture, microservices architecture and testing approaches.
• Understanding of non-functional testing (performance, security, reliability)
• Knowledge of testing principles and methodologies (risk-based testing, exploratory testing)
• Experience with algorithm testing is an advantage
