ERO Group LTD is developing cutting-edge Cloud Data platforms for real-time monitoring, analysis, and system observability. We are looking for a hands-on and highly skilled DevOps Expert to lead and execute deployment and integration processes across cloud software and hardware components.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end integration of software/hardware components in a dynamic data platform environment.
• Implement and optimize CI/CD workflows and DevOps pipelines across systems and teams.
• Build and maintain real-time monitoring dashboards using Grafana and other BI tools.
• Ensure system health and performance through observability tools and advanced troubleshooting.
• Collaborate closely with software engineers, QA, and IT teams to deliver robust, scalable cloud-based solutions.

✅ Requirements

• Associate Degree or B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems.
• At least 5 years of experience working in cloud environments and/or data-intensive infrastructures.
• Proficiency in Docker, containers, and deployment in Linux-based environments.
• Strong familiarity with microservices architecture, Kafka, client-server systems, S3 storage, and databases.
• Deep understanding of system architecture, networking, and IP communication protocols.
• Experience with various data formats: JSON, XML, YAML, CSV, binary structured schemas, and log files.
• Solid experience in real-time monitoring, using tools like Grafana, Prometheus, and BI dashboards.
• Team player with excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Advantage: Experience in military/defense environments or OT systems.
• Strong advantage: Proven experience in leading large-scale system integrations.

🌐 Nice to Have

• Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Experience writing infrastructure automation scripts and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with distributed monitoring environments and open-source tools.
• Experience working with synchronized video streams and video data analysis.

Security clearance will be required.
