Cyber Security Architect – Networks & Infrastructure

A leading defense company in the Northern region is looking for a Cyber Security Architect specializing in networks and infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the implementation and enforcement of security policies across all information systems
• Oversight of all computer infrastructures and networks
• Responsibility for enterprise-level architecture
• Working with international cyber security standards and regulations
• Participating in the management of cyber incidents across all networks, including cloud infrastructures and stand-alone environments

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Computer Science – an advantage
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in IT or SECOPS – mandatory
• Experience in planning, managing, and maintaining communication networks
• Experience with virtualization environments (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)
• Full proficiency in managing Active Directory
• Experience in hardening Windows-based environments – significant advantage; Linux – preferred
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructures, including cloud security and identity management
• Experience with cloud management and monitoring tools
• Experience with SIEM systems and cyber incident handling
• Familiarity with local security processes, military or relevant organizational background – advantage
• Experience/knowledge in writing technical specifications and engineering-level requirements – advantage
• Experience in building IT and cybersecurity architecture – strong advantage
• Experience in writing policies, standards, and operating procedures – significant advantage
• Familiarity with supply chain security – advantage
• Experience in software development with programming languages such as Node.JS, C, C++, Java, Python – advantage
• High proficiency in MS Office Suite – mandatory
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong customer service orientation – mandatory
