Head of Product - Fintech

We are seeking an experienced, visionary, and hands-on Head of Product to lead the strategic direction, innovation, and execution of our product portfolio in the financial data and stocks sector. This role requires a deep understanding of financial markets, data-driven decision-making, and product-led growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and own the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals in the financial media and data services domain.
• Lead the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including ideation, research, planning, development, and performance optimization.
• Work closely with executive leadership, engineering, marketing, design, and commercial teams to align product initiatives with user needs and business growth.
• Define and analyze metrics to inform product success and continuous improvement.
• Champion a customer-first culture, integrating user feedback and market trends into product planning.
• Prioritize features and improvements based on impact, effort, and strategic alignment.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to enhance product offerings, particularly in fintech, AI, and data visualization.
• Manage, mentor, and scale a high-performing product team.

• Proven track record of leadership in product management, ideally within fintech, financial media, or data-centric platforms.
• Strong understanding of online trading tools, market data, and financial analytics.
