INN7 is a niche luxury fashion boutique based in Tel Aviv, curating rare and avant-garde collections from Europe and Japan. We operate both a flagship physical store and a high-performing e-commerce platform, offering a unique customer experience that combines fashion, art, and personal style.

Role: Fashion Buyer (Full-Time, On-site – Tel Aviv)

We’re looking for a sharp, culturally attuned Fashion Buyer to lead seasonal selections, manage vendor relationships, and build limited-run assortments that speak our brand’s language. This is not a spreadsheet job — it’s a curatorial mission.

• Own the full buying cycle: trend research, vendor negotiations, order management, and deliveries.
• Analyze sell-through data to adjust orders and reduce overstock.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align product drops with brand storytelling.
• Attend fashion weeks and showroom visits (Europe/Japan), 2x annually.
• Constantly explore new labels that fit INN7’s philosophy of rarity, independence, and artistic edge.

• 2+ years experience as a buyer in luxury/mid-high-end fashion
• Strong analytical skills (sell-through, margin, stock turnover)
• Fluent in Excel and purchasing systems
• Passion for niche design and emerging talent
• Able to travel internationally 2–3 weeks per season
• Fluent in English; French/Italian is a bonus
