About the role:

We are looking for a Planner to manage and plan procurement and inventory, while meeting supply, budget, and timeline goals. This role is part of a key operations team.

Main Responsibilities:

• Plan purchase orders based on operational needs and forecasts
• Monitor the execution of planning schedules and make real-time adjustments as needed
• Ensure inventory levels efficiently, balancing availability with the risk of excess
• Work closely with various teams: Procurement, Warehouse, Engineering, Quality, and Global Customer Service
• Ensure operational targets are met and help improve logistics processes
• Ensure day-to-day activities with subcontractors – orders, timelines, quality requirements, and performance
• Plan and build work schedules for in-house production and subcontractors according to needs and forecasts
• Handle discrepancies, delays, and problem-solving on the go
• Analysis and report on operational KPIs
  
  

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field – a strong advantage.
• Strong Excel skills and data analysis ability – must
• Experience with Priority ERP system
• proficient in English(spoken and written) – must
