System Analyst

As a System Analyst, you will play a central role in analyzing business needs, designing cross-system processes, and guiding development teams throughout the project lifecycle.

What You'll Do:

• Analyze and define automation and digital requirements based on stakeholder needs

• Write comprehensive functional and technical specifications for open system (web-based) solutions

• Design and document complex systems with multiple interfaces and integrations

• Collaborate with development and QA teams from initiation to deployment

• Ensure smooth delivery through proactive problem-solving and technical guidance

Qualifications:

• At least 3+ years of experience in systems analysis – Must!

• Technical understanding of interfaces between systems – Must!

• Experience in digital environments – WEB and MOBILE applications- advantage

• Experience in the financial sector – an advantage

• Bachelor’s degree or completion of professional courses in relevant fields

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• High level of independence, teamwork, and adaptability
