Sales Operations Manager

We're looking for a Sales Operations Manager to join our growing team and play a key role in supporting and optimizing our global sales operations.

What You'll Do

Sales Tools Management:

• Manage, optimize, and implement CRM and sales enablement tools (HubSpot).
• Provide training and ongoing support for the sales team.

Reporting & Analytics:

• Build and maintain dashboards and reports: pipeline, KPIs, forecasting, and more.
• Analyze sales data and trends to deliver actionable insights.

Sales Process Optimization:

• Improve sales processes and ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.
• Support sales enablement initiatives and process alignment across regions.

Forecasting & Planning

• Assist with sales forecasting, territory planning, and goal setting.

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations or a similar analytical role
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM – a plus
• Experience working with global sales teams – a plus
• Strong financial and analytical orientation.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English – both verbal and written
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field – advantage
