What you’ll do:
- Advise and support apartment owners throughout the early stages of urban renewal projects
- Lead technical negotiations and shape project specifications
- Provide planning and architectural input that aligns with residents’ needs
- Serve as the key liaison between tenant representatives, contractors, and legal teams
Requirements you need:
- Certified Architect or Practical Architect – required
- Hands-on experience with technical specs / Sale Law specs – must
- Background working with developers, contractors, or resident-side supervision – advantage
- Familiarity with tenant change processes – advantage
