We are seeking a driven and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and scale our talent acquisition efforts across technical and non-technical functions. The ideal candidate has a strong background in end-to-end recruitment and has successfully hired roles ranging from engineering and product to operations and customer success in high-scale fast paced environments. You’ll play a key role in shaping our recruitment strategy, partnering closely with hiring managers, leading sourcing and employer branding initiatives, and ensuring a world-class candidate experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates across multiple departments
- Proactively focus on creative methods to ensure a consistent top-of-funnel pipeline of qualified candidates
- Develop and execute hiring strategies to meet growth needs, especially across technical (engineering, product, data) and non-technical (operations, finance, compliance) roles
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from initial contact to final decision
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, advising on job specs, interview processes, and market trends
- Lead global recruitment efforts
- Conduct HR interviews and assessments, ensuring alignment with company values and role requirements
- Collaborate with the HR team on employer branding projects, including content, campaigns, events, and social media presence.
- Use data to drive decisions and report on key hiring metrics (e.g. time-to-hire, pipeline health, source effectiveness)
- Manage and optimize recruitment tools and systems (e.g. ATS, sourcing platforms)
- Lead or support strategic recruitment projects, including interview training and Friend Referral campaigns
Job Requirements:
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a Talent Acquisition Manager or senior talent acquisition role
- Proven track record hiring for technical roles (e.g. backend/frontend engineers, DevOps, data scientists) in a tech-oriented company
- Strong sourcing skills, including direct outreach via LinkedIn and use of Boolean search
- Strong sourcing skills with an excellent understanding of how to use direct sourcing channels (i.e. headhunting, networking, employee referrals, job boards, etc.)
- Excellent interviewer with experience conducting phone screens and HR interviews
- Demonstrated experience in global hiring
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders
- Excellent time management skills and an ability to multitask and prioritize, under pressure and within frequently changed business needs
- High level of accuracy and attention to details
- Creative, curious and goal-driven problem solver with an ability to own projects end-to-end
- A can-do attitude, positive and upbeat, energized.
- Remarkable team player with a strong commitment to collaboration and an ability to handle information in discretion
- Customer-first mindset
- Exceptional written and spoken English
