Operations Representative – International Tourism Company

An international tourism company providing B2B services to travel agents is looking for a high-level Operations Representative to support agents and manage communication with hotels and suppliers.

✅ No experience required – we’ll train the right candidate!

✅ Full-time position, working in shifts

✅ Location: The Bursa District (near the train station), Ramat Gan

Work hours:

• Sunday to Thursday:
• Morning shift (from the office): 08:00/09:00–17:00/18:00
• Evening shift (remote): 11:00/12:00–20:00/21:00
• Friday (remote): 09:00 until the start of Shabbat (no later than 18:00)
• If you work on Friday, you get a day off during the week

Requirements:

• Very high level of English – mandatory
• Experience in tourism or customer service – strong advantage
• Additional languages – a plus
