About The Role

We are looking for a curious and proactive Junior Facebook Ads Manager to join one of Ruby Labs’ fastest-growing legal-tech products. This role is ideal for someone with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in Facebook Ads who is ready to grow, contribute, and learn in a fast-paced performance marketing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct competitor research to identify creative trends and ad angles.
• Source and suggest new creative ideas for ad testing.
• Launch and monitor Facebook ad campaigns across multiple markets.
• Assist in optimizing and scaling campaigns based on performance data.
• Track and control complaints and ensure compliance with platform guidelines.
• Analyze performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies across accounts.
• Manage and organize marketing data using Google Spreadsheets.
• Contribute to the creation of weekly performance and data reports.
  
  

Qualifications

• 1+ year of hands-on experience running Facebook Ads campaigns.
• Good understanding of performance marketing metrics and KPIs.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Spreadsheets.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Proactive, results-driven, and open to feedback.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a structured, independent manner.

• Background in math, statistics, or data analysis.
• Experience in consumer digital products or high-volume ad accounts.
  
  

Location

Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours.
