We’re now looking for a Sales & Customer Relationship Specialist to join our remote team. You’ll lead demo and onboarding calls, help close Pro and Enterprise clients, and ensure a smooth transition into long-term success with Quizell.

Sales & Demos

• Conduct discovery calls and product demos with inbound leads
• Identify client goals and recommend relevant solutions and plans
• Confidently present Quizell’s value and product differentiators
• Support the sales process from lead to close, including proposal follow-up

Client Onboarding & Relationship Management

• Lead onboarding sessions for new Pro and Enterprise clients
• Build strong relationships and act as the main point of contact
• Proactively check in to ensure clients are set up for success
• Identify upsell opportunities and communicate client needs internally
• Coordinate with support and product teams when needed

• 2+ years in B2B SaaS sales, customer success, or account management
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable running live demos and onboarding sessions via Google Meet, or similar tools
• Empathetic and relationship-driven - able to build trust and provide value
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing a pipeline independently
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools and platforms

• Familiarity with Shopify, Wix, or other eCommerce platforms
• Experience selling or supporting martech or conversion-focused tools
• Background in startups or remote-first teams
• Knowledge of CRM systems like HubSpot or Monday CRM
