IGS Operations Specialist

Infinity Global Services Operation Team is looking for a IGS Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team at Check Point Software Technologies.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the successful delivery of IGS services and monitoring their performance to elevate the support quality provided to our customers and partners through consistent evaluation process.

Key Responsibilities

• Systems Implementation: Oversee the implementation, maintenance and development of IGS systems to ensure optimal functionality and performance.
• Support Quality Standards: Establish and maintain internal support quality standards for IGS management and consultants, ensuring consistency and excellence in service delivery.
• Collaboration with Internal Departments: Collaborate with internal Check Point departments on various needs, including facilitating the onboarding of new systems, organizing training sessions, creating SKUs, building budgets, and coordinating giveaways.
• Customer and Partner Support: Provide support to Check Point partners and IGS customers, addressing inquiries, issuing certificates, and ensuring a seamless support experience.
  
  

• Interest in system onboarding and development
• “Can Do” and proactive approach
• Service oriented
• Analytical experience
• Excel – a must.
• Familiarity with SalesForce and PowerBI, including building reports and dashboards
• Knowledge of SAP – an advantage
• High level English and excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
