Job Summary

You'll be part of our flagship talent development program, the S3 academy, which would involve 90 days training in RTP, North Carolina, USA. You will be trained in a classroom along with other colleagues from around the world and will learn about NetApp and our products and services. After the training is completed, you will then return to Israel where you will put that training into practice.

Job Requirements

• Providing guidance and expertise on IT processes, tools, technologies, and service improvement programs.
• Recording and developing solutions for complex technology, processes and integration issues, for clients.
• Leading a team in providing day-to-day technical, project and process support and expertise for internal and external clients.
• Managing relationships with clients; keeping the consulting and management team abreast of client needs.
  
  

Education

• This role is suitable for those with CCNA or equivalent certifications
• Ideal candidates will come from a DevOps, cloud technology or infrastructure management background
• You must be fluent in Hebrew and English.
• You will already have the right to work in Israel.
