Description:

We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to oversee the entire end-to-end supply chain – from procurement planning based on forecasts and customer orders, through logistics management, inventory, distribution, and customer service.

Responsibilities:

Managing all supply chain processes – procurement, logistics, inventory planning, distribution, and warehouses.
Managing procurement, warehouse, and mechanical assembly teams.
Ongoing work with suppliers, subcontractors, shipping companies, and customers both in Israel and abroad.
Developing and implementing policies and processes to improve operational performance and reduce costs.
Leading projects to improve and optimize the supply chain.
Responsible for meeting delivery timelines, budgets, service levels, and quality standards.
Managing customer orders.
Analyzing data, performance reports, and presenting recommendations to management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering and Management, or Business Administration.
At least 5 years of experience in supply chain management in an industrial or global company.
Experience in leading teams and cross-organizational processes.
High proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (significant advantage for Netsuite).
High-level English (written, reading, and spoken).
Strong analytical skills, decision-making ability, and system-wide vision.
