Description:

We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to oversee the entire end-to-end supply chain – from procurement planning based on forecasts and customer orders, through logistics management, inventory, distribution, and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Managing all supply chain processes – procurement, logistics, inventory planning, distribution, and warehouses.
• Managing procurement, warehouse, and mechanical assembly teams.
• Ongoing work with suppliers, subcontractors, shipping companies, and customers both in Israel and abroad.
• Developing and implementing policies and processes to improve operational performance and reduce costs.
• Leading projects to improve and optimize the supply chain.
• Responsible for meeting delivery timelines, budgets, service levels, and quality standards.
• Managing customer orders.
• Analyzing data, performance reports, and presenting recommendations to management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering and Management, or Business Administration.
• At least 5 years of experience in supply chain management in an industrial or global company.
• Experience in leading teams and cross-organizational processes.
• High proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (significant advantage for Netsuite).
• High-level English (written, reading, and spoken).
• Strong analytical skills, decision-making ability, and system-wide vision.
