Analog Hardware Team Leader

We are looking for a Team Leader for Analog Hardware Development at the TAMAM plant, part of the Missile and Space Systems Division.

Job Responsibilities

• :Design and development of complex analog circuit boards for various projects
• .Development of control loops and signal processing systems
• .Writing specifications and defining requirements
• .Performing development tests and supporting engineering development processes
• .Collaborating with multiple teams: Firmware, Software, BSP, System Engineering, Production, Layout, Testing, and Validation
• .Participation in system-level integration activities

• r:B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering – Mandato
• ryB.Sc./M.Sc. in Physics – Strong Advanta
• geProven 10 years of experience in analog hardware development – Mandato
• ryExperience in control loop design and signal processing – Mandato
• ryExperience with analog design verification simulations (e.g., PSpice) – Mandato
• ryDemonstrated experience in hardware failure analysis and problem solving – Mandato
• ryFamiliarity with all stages of hardware development – from concept to mass production – Mandato
• ryExperience working with and managing subcontractors – Mandato
• ryFamiliarity with real-time signal processing tools (e.g., LabVIEW, Simulink) – Advanta
