About the Role
We’re looking for a Growth & Sales Lead – someone who sees the big picture, knows how to turn ideas into opportunities, and opportunities into results.
Someone who understands that growth starts with strategy but is measured by execution – with a real drive to make an impact.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the company’s growth and revenue engine – including positioning, value proposition development, business models, and pricing.
- Develop and execute the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy – from early concept to execution and actual sales.
- Build and manage an end-to-end commercial marketing infrastructure – including funnels, KPIs, and ongoing process optimization.
- Establish strategic distribution channels and partnerships – identifying, developing, and managing new go-to-market models.
- Collaborate across the organization – working closely with product, R&D, and customer success teams to align messaging and offerings with market needs.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in Growth, Go-To-Market (GTM), or Business Development roles in tech companies – preferably in fintech, insurance, pension, or investment sectors.
- Strong understanding of customer behavior, data usage, and sales channels.
- Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives with hands-on execution and measurable results.
- Experience leading GTM strategies in early scale-up stages (strong advantage).
- Familiarity with the Israeli financial advisory and/or insurance broker market (strong advantage).

- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to drive processes forward.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
