The company is based in Tel Aviv, within walking distance of a train station, and offers a hybrid work model with two days from home.
About the role-
- Manage a team of 3 developers working on core product features
- Take on 30%–50% hands-on development in TypeScript/React on the frontend and Go/Python on the backend
- Lead architectural and technical decision-making
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering stakeholders in a fast-paced cyber environment
Requirements-
- 5+ years of experience in Full-Stack development – must
- 3+ years of experience in team leadership – must
- Hands-on experience in Server-side development with Golang, Node.js, or Python – must
- Experience in Client-side development using TypeScript and React – must
