About the role

• Lead the product management of Ultrasonic Testing (UT) systems for tank inspection, with a focus on the aerospace and aviation markets
• Define and drive product strategy, positioning, and commercial success
• Work closely with customers, engineering teams, and distribution partners to develop and deliver innovative, market-leading solutions
• Serve as the voice of the customer while translating market needs into technical and business requirements

Requirements-

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or a related technical field. Materials engineering or NDT are a preference.
• 5+ years experience in product management, product marketing, or technical sales of capital equipment, preferably in NDT and/ or aerospace sectors.
• Wide technical understanding with the ability to communicate complex product features and benefits to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Customer-focused mindset and understanding of commercial relationships and project management.
• Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with senior customer contacts and industry experts.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, marketing, operations) in a matrixed environment.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
• Excellent English skills in discussion, reading and writing. Additional languages may be an advantage
