We are seeking an experienced and dynamic AI Program Manager to lead the delivery of initiatives across the AI Department.
As the AI Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving success across the GenAI Team, Data Science Team, and Data Engineers Team by ensuring projects are executed efficiently, aligned with organizational goals, and delivered on time and within budget. You will also act as a key liaison between the AI Department and other organizational units, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment across various functions.
Responsibilities:
- Define and monitor quarterly goals for GenAI, Data Science, and Data Engineers teams.
- Lead agile ceremonies and status meetings to track project progress.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and risks for AI projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional units (Cybersecurity, IT, Procurement, etc.) to ensure alignment.
- Oversee project delivery, streamline workflows, and drive process improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a related field .
- 10+ years of program/project management experience, preferably in AI, data science, or technology domains.
- Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project) and agile methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting organizational goals and timelines.
- Problem-solving abilities and adaptability in dynamic environments.
- Collaborative and team-oriented approach to leadership.
