Join Surpass as a CRM System Implementer and take part in driving a major technology project in the public sector.

What you’ll do:

• Implement and configure CRM systems based on customer needs 

• Serve as the key point of contact between clients and the development/product teams

• Translate business requirements into system functionalities and workflows

• Provide training and support to end-users throughout the implementation process 

• Perform system testing and quality assurance for new features 

• Gather feedback and continuously improve the system and

 user experience 

What you bring:

• Experience in implementing or supporting CRM systems

• Strong analytical skills and ability to understand business processes

• Excellent communication skills and customer orientation

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

• Ability to learn quickly and work independently with a hands-on approach

• Team player with a proactive attitude
