The individual in this role will be responsible for providing network and communication support, managing IT infrastructure, performing regular system maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring seamless network operations. Additional responsibilities include user support, system monitoring, implementing security protocols, and working collaboratively with team members on various IT projects.

• Experience in network management and communication support
• Skills in IT infrastructure management and system maintenance
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Understanding of system monitoring and security protocols
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Netanya
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+) are a plus
• Experience in a similar role is preferred
