Cloud & AI Applications Developer

We're hiring a hands-on Cloud & AI Applications Developer – Computer Science Graduate to join the innovation arm of a leading financial institution in Israel.

In this role, you’ll develop and integrate AI-driven applications, automation tools, and data analysis solutions—leveraging modern cloud platforms, especially AWS.

The role requires working within the Organization’s infrastructure, including AWS-based AI services and Torque automation platforms, and collaborating with DevOps teams to ensure seamless deployment and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Integrate and customize AI/ML tools to analyze both structured and unstructured data; include building document summarizers, chatbots and anomaly detection systems
• Customize and fine-tune LLM-based tools using prompt engineering or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Connect AI tools with internal systems and databases (SQL, APIs, etc.).
• Ensuring compatibility with AWS and automation workflows and working with DevOps on deployment and monitoring.
• Developing POCs and scaling them to production.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Computer Science / computer engineering
• M.Sc. in Data Science, Statistics or a related field – strong advantage
• 2–4 years of experience in applied AI/ML or AI solution integration.
• Experience as a cloud developer
• Proficiency in Python (NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn) and LLM frameworks (LangChain, OpenAI, HuggingFace)
• Experience with AWS AI/ML services (e.g., SageMaker, Bedrock, Comprehend, Lambda). 
• Experience working with structured + unstructured data and Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and container orchestration.
• Strong business orientation and communication skills
• Native-level Hebrew, strong English
