Operations Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to establish, lead, and optimize our operational and procurement processes in a fast-growing medical device company. This role is essential in building a scalable infrastructure to support growth, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enhancing supply chain efficiency.. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in medical device

startup company, Priority ERP implementation and optimization, and a strong background in supply chain and procurement management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational systems, and procedures to support company growth and regulatory requirements (ISO 13485, FDA, etc.).
• Lead end-to-end supply chain and procurement activities, including sourcing, vendor management, purchasing, and inventory control.
• Manage and optimize production planning, material flow, and logistics to meet manufacturing plan and quality standards.
• Drive the successful implementation and continuous improvement of Priority ERP across departments.
• Establish KPIs and performance metrics to ensure efficient and transparent operations.
• Collaborate closely with R&D, QA/RA, and  finance, teams to ensure alignment between operations and business objectives.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in operations or supply chain management within the medical device or other regulated manufacturing industries.
• Demonstrated experience with Priority ERP (implementation, configuration, and optimization).
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 13485, FDA QSR, and other relevant regulatory standards.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Fluency in Hebrew and English – written and spoken – is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in establishing operations from early-stage to commercial scale.
