Overview:

We’re seeking a talented AI Solutions Engineer with a focus on Large Language Models (LLMs) to join our growing team.  

You’ll play a key role in developing and deploying advanced AI services, especially those built on LLMs.  

If you’re passionate about practical, forward-thinking AI applications and love solving real-world challenges, this is the role for you.

What You'll Do:

• Design and implement AI solutions, leveraging LLMs for tasks such as classification, regression, detection, segmentation, or generative applications.
• Evaluate model performance using robust statistical and ML metrics; iterate rapidly to improve.
• Build and optimize data pipelines for fine-tuning and inference.
• Deploy and monitor models and AI solutions in production environments (e.g., on AWS, GCP, Azure, or edge devices).
• Focus on advanced prompt engineering, including direct interactions with LLM APIs (local, remote, or cloud-based).
• Create complex flows and processes, using self-made or known frameworks (e.g., LangChain) supporting agentic solutions and combining with other ML/DL based methods.
• Monitor and manage the LLM platform, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

What You Bring:

• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Skilled in AI frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow) and algorithm development.
• Proficient in data preprocessing, management, and working with large datasets.
• Advanced Python expertise and familiarity with cloud environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience with cloud-based AI/ML deployment.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in CS, Data Science, AI, Math, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in ML, deep learning, computer vision, or generative AI.
• Strong software engineering and data science foundation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative, independent mindset.
• Effective communicator and collaborative team player.
• Familiarity with modern coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Firebase).

Nice to Have:

• Proven experience in developing and deploying production-ready solutions.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools.
• Experience in handling real-time AI workloads.
• Experience with LLMs, diffusion models, or generative AI applications.
