We are hiring a Cross-functional Project Manager for a leading financial organization in central Israel
Responsibilities:
-Lead and manage cross-organizational and complex projects from initiation through execution, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget
-Drive long-term, large-budget strategic initiatives in alignment with business goals
-Manage communication across multiple interfaces to ensure transparency, alignment, and engagement
-Monitor and report on project performance, risks, and key milestones to all relevant stakeholders
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience managing cross-organizational and complex projects within financial companies
- Experience in leading long-term processes with large-scale budgets
- Strong ability to motivate, engage, and communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders, including senior management
- Degree in Computer Science / Industrial Engineering and Management / Relevant courses in Information Systems
