Sustaining and NPI Engineer

A global high-tech company specializing in real-time tracking solutions for the healthcare industry, including hospitals, clinics, and nursing homes.

The platform enables monitoring of medical assets, including temperature control and real-time location data, helping improve patient care and medication safety.

The company employs around 350 people, is based in central Israel, and operates in a dynamic and impact-driven environment.

About the role-

• Join the Operations & Manufacturing team, reporting to the VP of R&D
• Work closely with R&D, production partners, and external manufacturers
• Oversee manufacturing processes and collaborate with subcontractors
• Provide training on new products and write manufacturing documentation
• Support production ramp-up and ensure product readiness for scale

Requirements-

• BSc in Electronic Engineering from a leading university
• Recommended 5 years of experience in High-Tech companies where electronic enclosures were designed and manufactured in mass-production.
• Experience using Priority ERP and /or NetSuite
• Experience using Agile PLM
• End-to-End project skills, capable of delivering projects from design to mass-production, including cost reduction and improvement
• On-going manufacturing supervisory and support
