Field Sales & Clinical Application Specialist – Surgery | Urology | Gynecology

📍 Territory: South | Jerusalem | Central Lowlands (Shfela)

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Sales & Clinical Specialist to join our growing team in a leading, stable medical device company (recognized as an essential manufacturer). This is a field-based position with real clinical impact in the surgical environment.

• Manage the sales process of advanced surgical equipment in hospitals
• Collaborate with surgeons, department heads, procurement, and biomedical teams
• Provide hands-on support during OR procedures and clinical training
• Conduct product demonstrations and in-service education
• Take full responsibility for personal and team sales targets

• Bachelor’s degree – Mandatory
• Proven experience in medical device sales / product management – Mandatory
• Experience in urology, gynecology – Strong Advantage
• Operating room experience – Advantage
• Background in life sciences / paramedic / nursing – Advantage
• High-level English – Mandatory
• Self-driven, dynamic, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
