Data Center Technician – Global Tech Leader (Onsite | Israel – Yokneam)
Location: Yokneam, Israel
Schedule: Sunday to Thursday (Standard business hours)
Rate: $55.25 USD per hour
Contract Type: 6 Months
Clearance: Must pass a reliability/background check (in-person process)

The Opportunity
A world-renowned technology leader is expanding its data center footprint in Israel, with new facilities under construction and several already operational. We are seeking an experienced Level 2 Data Center Technician to join the on-site support team in Yokneam to assist in maintaining and growing this critical infrastructure.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the forefront of next-generation compute environments, supporting a high-availability platform used by millions globally. You’ll be part of an elite operations team, maintaining complex hardware and ensuring reliable, high-performance systems 24/7.

Key Responsibilities • Perform day-to-day server and network hardware support including diagnostics, repair, and replacement. • Troubleshoot Linux-based systems and run essential command-line tasks. • Manage cabling, racking, and stacking as part of hardware deployment and decommissioning. • Collaborate with global infrastructure teams, including those based in the US (PST time zone). • Support scheduled maintenance, installations, and emergency interventions as needed. • Participate in an on-call rotation and occasional night shifts, pre-communicated in advance. • Travel to site using personal vehicle (public transport options may be limited).

Requirements • Proven experience as a Data Center Technician or similar hands-on infrastructure support role. • Confidence in Linux troubleshooting and running command-line operations. • Solid understanding of server, networking, and storage hardware. • English proficiency for daily communication and documentation. • Ability to work independently and maintain composure under pressure. • Willingness to complete a background/reliability check in person as part of onboarding. • Previous involvement in new site deployments or supporting maturing DC environments is a plus.
