International Sales Manager – US Market

Tadbik Group's manufacturing division is seeking a highly motivated and experienced International Sales Manager to lead and expand our business in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow existing customer accounts, identifying new opportunities to expand business activities.
• Develop and manage a network of agents and distributors in the US.
• Identify, approach, and acquire new customers in the territory.
• Prepare price quotations and lead end-to-end sales processes.
• Collaborate with internal interfaces including operations, quality, and supply chain teams.
• Meet sales targets, manage credit terms, and ensure timely collections.
• Conduct regular customer activity analysis and reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in international sales, preferably in the industrial/manufacturing sector.
• Significant advantage: Experience in the plastics industry.
• Proven track record in market development, customer acquisition, and distributor management.
• Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills in international markets.
• Full proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• High level of independence, initiative, and customer-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to travel frequently to the United States.
• Fluent English – a must; additional languages – an advantage.
