HR Project Manager – Tel Aviv
A leading healthcare organization in Tel Aviv is seeking an HRIS Project Manager to join the HR division and lead the implementation, maintenance, and support of SAP SuccessFactors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-organizational projects to implement new SAP SuccessFactors modules
- Manage timelines, budgets, requirements gathering, and testing
- Serve as system administrator: maintain data, configure permissions, generate reports
- Ensure data accuracy and system performance
- Provide training, documentation, and ongoing user support
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, HR, Information Systems, or a related field – required
- At least 2 years of experience in managing HR or IT-related projects – required
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors – required
- Familiarity with HR processes – an advantage
- Experience as a system admin – advantage
- Strong Excel skills and experience in reporting – advantage
- Excellent project management skills and interpersonal communication
