Marketing Technology & Analytics Specialist

A leading financial organization is seeking a Marketing Technology & Analytics Specialist to join its digital team and play a key role in the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of marketing systems and data tools.

In this role, you'll act as the technical and analytical lead for marketing platforms, ensuring accurate measurement, data integrity, and continuous optimization across multiple digital systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and operate digital marketing platforms, including implementation, tagging, monitoring, and optimization
• Analyze business needs and lead the implementation of new marketing tools and data processes
• Manage end-to-end projects involving new marketing tech adoption
• Monitor and ensure the integrity of tracking and data flow across platforms
• Build dashboards and generate performance insights for various stakeholders

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience working with digital marketing platforms, audience segmentation, and report building
• Proven work with marketing analytics tools, including:
• Google Analytics & Looker Studio (funnels, dashboards, event tracking)
• Appsflyer (attribution, user behavior, campaign performance)
• Datorama (dashboard creation, data source integrations)
• Salesforce Personalization (implementation and operation)
• Experience with Google Tag Manager for tag and event management
• Understanding of HTML / JavaScript – strong advantage
• Familiarity with APIs, SQL, or Python – a plus
• Strong analytical mindset, business orientation, and digital curiosity
• Excellent communication skills and fluent English
• Proven ability to manage projects and work with multiple internal stakeholders – Marketing, Product, IT, and external vendors
