A leading hi-tech company based in Rosh HaAyin is looking for a Quality Control (QC) Technician to join its team.
Responsibilities:
- Programming and performing CMM inspections and 3D scanning using GOM systems
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and GD&T
- Creating and maintaining inspection plans for new products and engineering changes
- Performing First Article Inspections (FAI) and conducting process capability studies (Cp/Cpk)
- Generating inspection reports and communicating findings to relevant stakeholders
- Maintaining and calibrating measurement equipment in accordance with standards
- Troubleshooting dimensional issues and supporting process improvement efforts
Requirements:
- Education: Practical Engineer in Mechanical Engineering, Quality, or a related field - Must
- 2–5 years of experience in dimensional inspection or metrology within the automotive or precision manufacturing industry - Must
- Proficient in CMM programming (using PC-DMIS, Calypso, or similar software) - Must
- Strong understanding of GD&T and experience reading 2D and 3D technical drawings
- Familiarity with Measurement System Analysis (MSA), Statistical Process Control (SPC), and FAI processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
