About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Production & Testing Engineer to join our team in the electro-optics lab. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting the lasers test and entire devices, performing alignment and repair of the device sub-systems. The role also includes supporting R&D team laboratory experiments.

This is a full-time on-site role located in Yavne, Israel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct tests on active optical components and complete systems
• Assemble sub-assemblies which combine electronics, laser-integrated optics and mechanics
• Perform module-level device repair and functional tests on company equipment
• Support laboratory experiments for R&D teem
• Operate mechanical, electronic, and optical measuring instruments
• Provide support for New Product Introduction (NPI) manufacturing and engineering

Required Qualifications:

·        Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Electronics, or Electro-Optics Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. Candidates with a Practical Engineering degree in relevant fields will also be considered.

• Minimum of 2 Years Experience as an integrator or assembly production technician for electro-optical products
•  Minimum of 2 Years Hands-on experience with equipment combining electronics, optics, and fine mechanics
• Strong knowledge of basic optics principles
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal communication)
• Ability to work under tight schedules and handle intensive workloads
• High attention to detail, reliability, and thoroughness
• Self-motivated learner with process leadership skills
• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Native-level English proficiency
• Experience in the medical devices industry
• Experience in testing integrated laser systems
