A leading global company based in Netanya is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented CEO Operations & Projects Lead to join our dynamic team!

🛠️ In this role, you will:

• Work closely with the company’s CEO to support day-to-day activities
• Drive, monitor, and advance cross-organizational processes and strategic projects
• Collaborate with internal and external senior stakeholders
• Analyze data and provide status updates on various organizational initiatives
• Prepare and edit reports and presentations
• Work with the company’s information systems

🎯 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree – mandatory
• Degree in Business Administration / Industrial Engineering – an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel at a high level – mandatory
• High-level English – mandatory
• Familiarity with information systems such as Salesforce, Agile, ERP – an advantage
• Strong task prioritization and process management skills – a plus
• Previous experience in a similar role – a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English
