Marketing Manager

ELTA is seeking a Marketing Manager with operational or engineering background!

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead internal and external marketing processes, including responses to tenders and preparation

of technical and financial proposals

• Manage marketing activities related to intelligence and aerial situational awareness systems

• Prepare marketing materials to present system concepts and architectures to customers

• Analyze customer requirements and develop tailored technical and commercial proposals

• Write and consolidate technical specifications aligned with customer-driven solutions

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (engineering, finance, legal, procurement, logistics) to

ensure high-quality and accurate deliverables

• Present technological solutions to customers, including participation in professional meetings

and presentations

• Synchronize customer needs with the company’s R&D and production capabilities

What we’re looking for:

• Academic degree in engineering or technology – advantage

• MBA – advantage

• At least 3 years of experience in marketing within defense or military organizations – mandatory

• High-level proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking) – mandatory

• Operational background in SIGINT (Unit 8200, IAF, Navy) – advantage

• Experience in air defense or control units – advantage

• Technical background in system engineering of complex electronic systems, especially RF-based –

advantage
