About the role-

• Manage a group of 2–4 teams, each with approximately 5 engineers
• Report directly to a Director-level manager
• Lead teams developing low-level systems in areas such as C++, Linux internals (memory), embedded Linux, and runtime systems
• Take part in setting technical direction, team planning, and delivery of complex system components

Requirements-

• 5 years of experience as a team leader – must
• Strong hands-on experience with C/C++ – must
• Proven experience working with Linux at any layer – must
• Technological degree (Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent) – must
• Background in semiconductor / silicon / hardware-software / electronics companies – must
