About the role-
- Manage a group of 2–4 teams, each with approximately 5 engineers
- Report directly to a Director-level manager
- Lead teams developing low-level systems in areas such as C++, Linux internals (memory), embedded Linux, and runtime systems
- Take part in setting technical direction, team planning, and delivery of complex system components
Requirements-
- 5 years of experience as a team leader – must
- Strong hands-on experience with C/C++ – must
- Proven experience working with Linux at any layer – must
- Technological degree (Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent) – must
- Background in semiconductor / silicon / hardware-software / electronics companies – must
